New Extension, drafts from recessed lights and sockets

Hi.

I've a new kitchen extension with an apex roof. When its windy outside I can feel a strong draft from the wall sockets and down from the recessed lighting. Ive had a look on the outside and the only place I can think where the air is getting in is from the roof. I don't know about roof construction. Would anyone know where I can look to spot an obvious problem? (Eves, tiles....)

Hi Its fairly standard to have well ventilated roof. However it may be a job for the electrician to fix. (i have seen them forming fire proof boxes to fit over down lighter to cure a similar problem.) Take advise from the sparks. Good Luck
