Indesit IDL40 - Spray arm not moving

Hi All

Recently the glasses started to come out of our IDL40 dirty and on checking, the bottom spray arm is not turning. I have cleaned it out and manually turned it a few times (seems a little stiff) but no joy. I cannot figure out hot to get the arm off to check it out. Does anybody have any ideas?

theres a locking nut underneath it,hold spray arm and undo the nut.
