I was painting the ceiling yesterday iin one of the bedrooms and when I went to take a look today I notives a damps / wet section? I went into the loft and noticed above the water tank that the timber was saoking and as such it was dropping water onto the floor and hence coming through the ceiling!
Can't see a major problem from outside so could it be condensation? 1960's detached, stone frontage house in Leeds.
I will get a surveyor in but anyone offer any advice?
