I have recieved an invitation to join this companys network of local busineses to provide fixed rate Landlord Certs. Has any one on here got any nightmare or positive experiences with this company? I dont know them so would like to know who we are dealing with before accepting work off them if it is actually offered.

Usually these things are just a scam to get a joining fee off you.

Promise of work then nothing.

Thanks Rico, i sent a 'i might be interested tell me more' mail and within the hour a nice man called to explain the set up and there seems to be no such sign up fees, it looks like clients pay them they pay me, they earn an arrangers fee i get paid the agreed rate.
completed first job today. I will let you all know when i get paid.
i agree with you generally though Rico, the internet does seem to attract sharp practices and i know estate agents have been asking for less than fair terms before these new companies. most seem to ask for 10 - 15% on any work passed on, this is ok but if you build this into any quote your prices are less competative, so much for them providing a service to thier Landlord clients!
