We have an SDX phone system at work. Any phone attached to extension 101 dials extremely slowly (even the 9 to get an outside line). It has got to the point where its now unusable, because the external BT line times out before the internal exchange has finished dialling. We can answer calls on the phone as normal, but it is just very slow dialling, regardless how quick or slow we type in the numbers. Other phones have the same problem on extn 101.
Any ideas? Do we need a new PBX and phones?
