I have just had central heating fitted and now have mains water instead of a tanks. I have an idea. Can I use my old power shower on the system? I can disconnect the pump motor and utilise the thermostat and electric valve. I was going to plumb it to the bath taps. Can I do this? Max

Phone up your shower manufacturer and ask technical can your shower work on mains.

No :) but by all means, if you think, with the electrical and plumbing skill you have, that this is possible, have a go and let us know.
