Well thanks for letting us know you only have a dialler for response. 
You took out a Rapier and fitted a Oddy. Yes it is less abusive due to the single speaker compared to the rapier.
Not much will replace a rapier unless it is a rapier.
Your panel cannot cope with a lot so I believe the master blaster will be relay operated. If you are that worried you should fit another master blaster to the front elevation ( with a relay). Then you will have more "noise" to attract attention.
