eorosec CPX Battery Problem

I have recently moved into a house with a eorosec CPX based alarm system.

I have checked the log and see that every hour in comes up with "Aux Volts Lo". I am assuming that this means the main battery is on the way out.

If this is correct I am assuming that I can open the case, order a new battery and replace it. Is there any tamper issues I should be aware of?

Assuming the installer has not set engineer reset on tampers, you should be ok.
