We have a clock in our gym which is always an hour slow.

I've tried setting it to the correct time and it seems to work first off, but I'll come into the gym later that day and find it is back to an hour slow again.

I was hoping that when the clocks went back last weekend it might even out, but it's gone an hour back aswell so it's still one hour slow.

Does anyone have any ideas?

How on earth do you change that?

There's only three buttons on the back to offer any adjustment being:

M.Set
Reset
Rec

It was bought in the UK so should be set to the UK.

Does it have instructions?

Usually they are an hour fast because they run on continental time.

Anyway, there's an offset from CET or GMT in the settings and that needs to be reset to an appropriate value. This may not be doable by the user

I hear what your saying but I don't understand why it's gone like this. It worked fine for over a year, then just suddenly went wrong.
