Inactive "Active Zone"

Hi I have a one year old Texecom Premier 24 system in my house which I fitted myself.

Ive just noticed today that the panel when I am part setting the alarm (not tried a full arm yet) that it says Zone 20 Active - both times after part arming I checked that protected area and there was nobody/nothing there (Zone 20 not in part set)

Is there something wrong, what should I do?

Time to check the zone then.
Is the device working is the cable intact.
Hang on i`ll get out a cryatal ball.

The panel is telling you something, why not investigate it?
