Hidden menu on sky HD box

Can anyone tell me how to access the hidden menu on the new SKY+ HD
box, I knew how to do it on the old SKY + box ie set up, 01 and select. I will probably need to enter the hidden menu at a later date ,to rebuild planner or reset system etc....
