I'm looking at grabbing one of these LCD TVs: LG 42LD490 or LG 42LD450 42"

They're in tesco's 42" LCD TVs section and I'd like to get one before their offers end, but I'm not that great with TVs. Apart from LG 42LD490 having 5.1 Dolby surround sound, what is the difference? To make it even more confusing they're both priced exactly the same at £349. Help!

Thanks in advance!

Richer sounds - great. Plasma TV, urgh. Unreliable, buy a new one after 2 years, LCD, urgh! poor quaility. TV uninvented. Forget HD TV, but a QUALITY CRT set. My Bang & Ollufsun, (sp) displays a better picture than ANY HD dignal.
