Texecom alarm outputs - read into PC?

I'm trying to set up a bit of home automation so I can trigger off events based upon the outputs of the texecom panels. Is there a PC to USB based input card that can read these signals?

What i'd like to do is to set the texecom panel to output signals on arm/disarm/alarm

The panel has outputs, can trigger other devices.
Could use Wintex their RSS suite.
That will interface with a PC with the correct software.
