Does the the scanntronic 9448 9 yrl old version have the option for the engineers tamper reset, or can the user reset it?

tbh, i don't think any 9448's have the option for an engineer reset on tamper.
user reset on ALL activations whether it be tamer or alarm.
but you cannot reset the system until you have cleared the tamper fault.
in other words, find and fix the fault, then reset your panel.
