the kit seems to be missing a keypad, you'd better contact them and ask if it comes with a keypad.

no, a bellbox and pa aren't on a zone, they each have their own terminals on the board.
pirs, door contacts, shock sensors, glassbreaks are on their own zone.
the keypad also has its own terminals and you could buy additional pirs if you needed
