Guys can you help, i recently installed a veritas excel panel, 2 lcd keypads, 3 x pir and 4 x door contacts. All worked well and programmed fine until i cut the power to to some other house jobs and it went to battery, while the power was off i got the tone bleeping every 5 mins or so to say it was running off the battery but when i put the power back on and tried to set the alarm, it looks like all the information was lost relating to the zones, when i keyed my number to set the alarm all zones were showing as omitted and when i tried the part set only zone 1 and 4 were setting all the rest omitted. The date stayed correct and the user code stayed correct but all other information went funny.
