i have just bought a house and have noticed that most of the upvc windows have dropped and although they shut and lock there is a gap at the top, is there a fix for this or do i need new windows??? |

If they have dropped, I'm amazed they still close and lock. You should be able to adjust the hinges to raise them up - it's hard to advise without knowing the profiles and mechanism used. |

Are they side hung or top hung ?
If side hung probably need toe & heeling
If top hung lift up on hinges
Picture would be useful
