Rotostar gas oven

For Natural Gas & LP Gas Models
Help required to sort out the shut down problem of all lights flashing on the control panel LEDs.
Starts up ok then after 3minutes the above happens. Have to restart from scratch ie switch off and then on again at the mains, still the same after 3 minutes.
Using Natural Gas.
This oven when it worked properly was brilliant and cooked and roasted food perfectly and evenly.
Am using an oven microwave to cook / roast at the moment, the convection part is ok but nowhere near the Rotostars past performance and quantity abilities.
any ideas?

Could well be thermistors not sensing any heat so therefore shutting down the appliance and making it go into lock out, no guarentee it is that though it could be the pcb or other things, it is by far the most complicated oven ever made so you won't be able to just call anyone out to fix it unfortunately, it will have to be stoves or an ex stoves engineer to repair that.
