I know this topic has been discussed - but my situation is slightly different.
Bought a new build basement garage, the ground beneath the concrete floor was still somewhat humid so there was some visible efflorescence in places.
Anyway, I decided to have the garage tiled to create a barrier for the humidity.
The problem is that in some places there is efflorescence now showing on the grouting.
My only real options are to apply some product that will penetrate the grout and make it water repellent or sealed.
I understand these products exist, but have no idea what one would recommend.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance...
