My Bosch Tumble Dryer (WTW86560GB/16) only runs for a minute an then stops. A symbol flashes to say that the filters need cleaning, which we have done. We have also tried to find this 'secret flap' that other people have found but been unable to as we cannot remove the condenser. Can anyone advise please and save me calling an engineer.
