Hi guys
I'm trying to figure out how to properly pass the flexi hoses for a countertop basin-mounted mixer tap through the vanity countertop. As you can see from the photo, the channel through which the hoses pass on the back is not concealed within the basin and as far as I understand, I'll need to drill a hole or holes on the vanity top through which the hoses will pass. But this will mean exposing the vanity top which is laminate on chipboard to water damage. I've noticed that there are two channels for the hoses to pass on the back of the basin but don't know if this is meant to help. Is there a better way to do this or some way to water seal the hole(s) so that water doesn't damage the worktop? hope the photo is clear enough.
Many thanks
