Power shower on combi

Apologies for this much discussed topic. However as I am fitting a power shower to my gravity fed system, would if be feasable to use it in future if I install a combi, I was thinking I could disable it at the fused spur and let it run as a standard unboosted mixer.

No you cant have a powered pumped shower on a combi.

Cos the combi works of mains supplied water

and you aint allowed (in all but a very few circumstances) to pump mains supplied water.
