underground drainage question

Hi

I would be really grateful if somebody could help with the following question. I have nearly finished my extension which is built over the main sewer. I need to connect two downpipes which are at either side of the clay sewer. At the moment the sewer has a 45 degree oblique junction - Question is, what can I connect to this junction that will accept the runs from either side for the downpipes - do I need a chamber?

is a soakaway 5m from the property not an option then?
