You very kindly answered a post of mine some time ago, with reference to my Hotpoint Aquarius washer Dryer leaking from the dispenser drawer.
You suggested that I call Hotpoint, as you said there was a "kit" available to solve the problem (as it was quite a common problem).
I called Hotpoint, and the only kit that the woman on the phone knew about was some limescale remover sachet, which you put in once a month to clear any blockages.
Was this the kit you meant? If not, you wouldn't happen to know the name of the kit I need would you?
