HOOVER 1100 Performa AC1100

I have a Hoover Perfoma 1100 Washing machine - My kidds leant onto the open door and damaged the cast Hinge which is rivited onto and holds the door to the Casing.

I dont want to buy another Washing Machine as this is in perfect order (Not Now) - Any help out there ????

I can drill the rivets out but i need to know if this would damage the machine further and i also need to know if you can do this to the machine, but in saying that i dont yet have a new hinge because i am useless!!!

Not 100% without your model number, but I think you need part number 97910194.
