my dishwasher will not empty, it is not blocked, as i have a carpet shampooer, and it sucks the water out, it seems to be stuck in one part of the program, and will not even empty if i turn the nob. i have tipped it up to see if there was water underneath, as they fill up and short out,(previous repair!) i can not hear the pump
