As a novice to fixing appliances can anyone advise a possible cause and remedy to my problem? Cycle will work and machine fills with water but won't spin to do the wash. It tries to but wont go anywhere.
I tried the machine on a spin cycle to see if that would work and that made some awful noises as if something was stuck then a loud noise as if it was breaking up inside! Ive left it at that. The inner drum turns freely although dont think it moved when i put it on a spin cycle.
We only moved in 3 days ago so are experiencing our first problem already! Any advice and tips how to fix would be greatly appreciated. Ta.
