Hot Point Aquaruis Washing Machine Door Seal

Has any one changed the door seal on one of these.
I have removed the plastic clip on the front to release the front wire, what is the next stage ?
Any help would be appreciated.

Lid off, front panel off, then you get the inner ring off. Fit gasket, inner ring on, front replaced, lid replaced and front ring on.

Sorry to sound stupid but when you say front panel off do you mean the front panel where the door is situated ?
