I've recently purchased a Siemens HB15N550B double electric oven, and I'm after some information about the operation of the top oven / grill.
According to the supplier, the grill pan is supplied without a handle, and is designed to be used with the top oven door closed - not what I was expecting.
Is there a deep technical reason for this, and do I need to update my thinking ?
