Bosch WFF 1800 Over-filing

My Bosch WFF 1800 does not stop filling with water on the rinse cycles, it just keeps pouring in and i have to turn the supply off to stop it. sounds like a dodgy float switch or something. Any advice as to where this switch might be or any other ideas on the problem would be great!
