Zanussi Jetsystem 1400 - Door Jammed Shut

For the second time our Zanussi washer dryer is unusable becuase the door is stuck. There isn\\\'t anything inthe machine (neither water nor clothes), but there is a light on the front and the door refuses to yield. Last time we had an engineer out who seemed to press a sequence of buttons and then leave (after charging £50 of course) I think the error code that\\\'s coming up is E50 (this is coming from not having seen the machine and hearing the problem over the phone). first try to turn main switch off and wait for 3 mins if did open then the electronic boart is faulty.if did'nt open then there may leaking water into the lockdoor. when they become faulty switch inside allway is close.or mechanical lookdoor is damage.
