Zanussi w/d not drying as it did

Clothes come out hot but not as dry as they used to . Have checked cold water is running through ok. Does this mean blocked condensor, part 146?
Would it need to come out or can coat hanger be poked in to critical places (like I used to on a hotpoint!).

Any pointers/instructions would be appreciated
