NEI machine doesn't wash well

Hello,
I have this great NEI washing machine already for some years.

The problem is that lately even if i run a full program the clothes are not very well washed. Some of the clothes still smell like sweat after they've been washed.

I wonder if somebody else was confronted with such kind of situation before and what do you advise me to do?

I am looking forward for your answers..

No clothes in the machine. Set to the hottest wash with some soda crystals inside. You may have to repeat this a few times to clean out the gunk.

So you think there is a problem with some thick substance inside the machine.. hmm, that is curios.. really strange.

I will try your way to see what happens.

It's a common problem. As most washes are cool washes soap and body fats don't disolve. They then coat the inside of the machine. Bacteria grows and causes the smells.
