CH Pump to circulate cold water?

I'm just cleaning my CH system (sealed) and have used Fernox Restorer.
Before I put in the protector they advise I flush the system twice.
I now need to flush the system with clean water and was wandering how to get the pump to switch on with cold just water?
Or any other suggestions?
