Add basin to the toilet

Dear all,

I need your advise, I've got toilet in the ground floor of my house, but there is no basin.
I bought small one, and I need to instal it.
My question is how can i conect to the hot and cold water. the hat and cold pipes are runinig through the toilet floor(under the tiles). thanks for your help
