Dishwasher virgin

I am planning to buy my first dishwasher and have no idea which one to get...it has to be a slimline due to space restrictions but how does it plumb in? Can the waste pipe go straight into my waste pipe as the washing machine does?
advice greatly appreciated! which models are the most reliable? I have my eye on the HooverHDS555M in the Argos.

The choice is quite limited on the slim models.
Yes they can be plumbed permently, just ensure the model you are buying can be as some are designed for sitting on worktops I believe.
As far as reliability sorry cant help
