Hope someone can help. After flushing the toilet the water level in the pan goes down quite low (lower than usual). Can anyone tell me why this is/how I can fix it?

Don't think it is a siphonic pan, think its just a basic washdown pan. Not sure how old it is - possibly 5 - 10 years old.

Sounds like a choked drain to me.
