It's a HOOVER Quatto 1300 (model AS130)
Normally at the start of the wash it will Fill with some water (COLD ONLY FEED) spin a few times heat water spin a few more times add some more water spin again heat again until full then start the full wash etc.
Now when you start the program it spins 4 times in a row each spin a few seconds then fills with water and heats up the dial moves but never spins again,if you move the dial to the next wash stage it pumps the water out but no spin /drum movment.
Also if you put in direct on a spin cycle it starts to spin but stops straight away and try's it 2 more times but thats it.
I've Checked the motor brushes OK
Cleaned pump/drum pipes
Cleaaned out bottle at back of drum going to air pressure tube
Blown in tube and can hear relay click
any ideas
