Mosaic look wall tiles

Can anyone advise me please. I am going to use some 20cm square ceramic wall tiles that look as if they are small individual square mosaic tiles. Should I still use a normal spacer and grout inbetween or will this look like separate square tiles rather than the effect of continuous little mosaics?

Yes you can use spacers, but make sure they're the same size as the gap between the small tiles. Then just grout over the whole lot. I'm assuming this "tile" is basically a mat with small tiles stuck on it here.
