Thoughts on which one i should go for, for use in a 4 bed detached house, supplying 14 rads, and 2.5 bathrooms ?

thanks

Agree neither, assuming water pressure/flow adequate an unvented cylinder plus a heat only or system boiler - you live in a 4 bed house - you can afford it.

why neither ?

I don't think a combi is really suitable for a house with 2.5 bathrooms (whatever that means)

What do you have at the moment?

Old Stelrad system thats been in around 17years, not really pwerfull enough for heating, cold and hot tank feed in the roof. Plumbers ben today and said that a decent combi condenser like the ideal one i mentioned would be ok, 1 bathroom toilet and sink, 2 shower sink and toilet rooms. hence the 2.5.

A combi would be quite adequate for you.

If you sell your house to a large family they won't be too impressed with it. (not your problem i suppose)

Anyway, if it has to be a combi stay away from the Ideal Isar.
