ouch - water pressure TOO strong

i have a new shower that does not have an adjustable water spout head and the pressure is so strong that it causes the shower liner to blow everywhere. can anyone reccommend something that might help lower the water pressure?

build small skyscraper. use shower on 10th floor. should be les pressure....

seriously tho, you can get parts that will reduce the pressure

if its an electric shower then a pressure reducing valve will sort it out.

It's an American plumbing question. This is a UK site and our approach to plumbing and water pressure is quite different.

There is a chance someone will be along who is familiar with US methods.
