I have a TRITON T200RE electic shower fitted into our en-suite on the second floor of a small cottage. When the water pressure is fine the shower is very efficient. However, during certain times of the day, e.g. 08:00 - 09:00 when demand for water is high, we get a serious drop in pressure and the shower just will not work. Every time the water board has been to check this out they simply say that the pressure meets their requirements and that its not their problem. The shower is fed by direct mains water via 15mm pipe. I've given up on the water board and would like possible alternative solutions, i.e. Is there a certain type of pump I could fit? is there a new type of electric shower available that runs off low pressure?

Your advice is much appreciated,

You could fit a modest 140 litre accumulator. If the flow rate is sufficient at times outside peak rate then this will work.
