Yes, take the drawer out and scrub it in hot water. Also the slot the drawer fits into.
Spray inside the slot with "kitchen cleaner with bleach" especially over any black or slimy bits and scrub it with a nylon washing-up brush. Rinse well before your next wash. Run a hot wash with no laundry and no powder to wash away any congealed powder or fabsoft inside the machine.
If you throw the powder in through the door instead of putting it in the drawer, this clogging will not occur.
