Mira Excel problem

Hi Guys, hope you can help me. I have the above and has been installed for the last 3 years. i am running it of a combi boiler. For some reason it seems that it can not longer raise enough presure to start the boiler working and only runs cold. i have tried opening it up and adjusting the dial on the inside but to no avail. Can anyone shed any light. Any idea are much apprectiated.

If the hot service is from a combi then there must surely be a constriction somewhere. Is the valve connected by flexible hoses perhaps? Or the shower head full of scale?
