No cold upstairs

Hi there pls help! I believe the upstairs cold supply to bath basin and cistern is mains as it looks as though the pipe work rises from the stopcock/kitchen sink area. The water in the storage tank was quite warm last night. Any ideas pls?

Sorry what a fool! there is no cold whatsoever upstairs!!

Cold taps upstairs probably supplied from tank in loft. Check if this is the case by following pipework. If this is the case, suspect a blockage in the distribution pipework or seized gate valve.

Could be tank is not refilling and is empty.

Thanks for the reply, however the only pipes coming from the cold water tank appear to be for the pumped shower which works fine. The tank is definitely re-filling.Also the cold water tank contained quite warm water last night! Any other ideas?
