Thinking of getting TRVs installed on all my radiators and just after a bit of advice if possible please. We have 8mm pipework apparently, is there any issues with purchasing 8mm TRVs or would I be better off going 15mm and getting 8-15mm pipe converters? A couple of people I have spoke to seem to think 8mm piping is a pain to install values on.
If converters are the way to go, is anyone able to supply a sample image of what it'll look like? As I'm concerned it may look a bit dodgy.
Also, is this a simple job I should consider doing myself? i.e. can you buy certain TRVs that just push on and screw up? (dont fancy trusting my soldering skills)
