How much water? Does it drain at all if you set it to drain?
Check that the pump and associated drain pipework/drains are clear.

There is about an inch of water left at the end - doesn't seem to be draining anything. I've checked the waste pipe and that seems clear and the filter seems ok.
I'm not sure where the pump is or how to check if anything is blocking it?

If it's not draining and you can hear a buzzing noise when it should be draining then the pump is stuck.
