Hi All,

Have an 18 month oild baxi 60/100 system boiler - at the moment it will not ignite - flashing warning symbol indicates "low pressure or pump fault". Pressure ok and pump running. Manual fault finding chart suggests possible damaged primary flow valve diaphragm damaged or flow valve rod obstructed. Any ideas?

Does pump run :?: If yes does push rod on hydraulic differential activate switch :?: If no push rod is seized if yes switch is broken :

Thanks for that - pump is running - will check out your suggestions tomorrow.

Thanks Baxmax! Took the differential valve apart and alot of grit behind the rubber diaphragm. Cleaned it up, put it back together and it lit up first time after re pressurising.

Must now find out why I have so much grit and dirt in the system.

Regards Ger.
