I have a baxi 105e Almost 2 years old now. Over the last few weeks the HW temp will not go over 40. The Central heating will go all way up to 70 degrees.
All though it may sound daft i have noticed the HW control knob feels very slack and pap compared to the CH one.
I have checked the back side of the PCB and both contollers are turning the relevant connections on the Board.
I am wondering if the PCB is knacked at the HW connection.

Any suggestions or opinions would be appreciated please.
:D

Not sure, the boiler has never been adjusted in any way since it was first installed and it used to be fine.

Try it with a tap running slowly - about 3 - 4 litres/minute.
