Hoover WDM130 Not Spinning

My Hoover WDM130 will not spin on either speed. All other washing and drying functions seem to work perfectly. I have checked that the filter is clean, and I have replaced the carbon brushes in the motor, but it has made no difference.
Any suggestions appreciated....I am getting fed up having to wring out all my clothes

If it's draining properly you're looking at possibly, faulty pressure switch, faulty motor or faulty module.
